Our recent impact: International Tree Day
Together with 28 families and nearly 100 community members, we proudly participated in International Tree Planting Day, hosted by Manningham Council.
This initiative strengthened community connections, inspired children to care for the environment, and encouraged families to make a positive difference together. By planting trees today, we're helping create a greener, healthier and more sustainable future for generations to come.
Earlier This Year: Lunar New Year Aged Care Visit
At the invitation of the Lions Club of Melbourne Chinese, members of Melbourne She Rises joined a special 2026 Lunar New Year visit to a local aged care home. Together with a wonderful group of volunteers, we shared laughter, warm wishes and companionship with the residents. In just a short time, simple moments of connection brought many beautiful smiles.Companionship may seem simple, but it is truly priceless. Sometimes, the greatest gift we can give is our time, care and presence.
